These Terms & Conditions apply to all purchases made from Kitchen Avenue. By placing an order, you agree to the terms below.

 

1. Orders & Payments

1.1 An order becomes confirmed only when Kitchen Avenue issues an official Order Confirmation.

1.2 A down payment is required when placing the order. The remaining is due upon delivery.

1.3 Ex-display or showroom items must be paid in full at the time of order.

1.4 All orders must be settled and delivered within 3 months of confirmation.

1.5 No cost for exchange: exchanges are processed free of charge.

 

2. Cancellations

2.1 Orders canceled within 2 weeks of the order date will be refunded Including VAT.

2.2 After 2 weeks, cancellation is not possible.

 

3. Delivery

3.1 Free delivery from Damour to Batroun. Delivery fees apply to all other areas in Lebanon.

3.2 Delivery will be scheduled at a mutually agreed time.

3.3 If a selected model becomes discontinued or unavailable:

  • We will offer an equivalent or superior replacement at no additional cost.

  • If declined, the order will be canceled and refunded (excluding VAT).

4. Returns & Exchanges

4.1 Returns

  • Products can be returned only if they are defective upon delivery. Defects must be reported within 2 weeks of receiving the product.

  • Refunds are processed within 1 day.

  • You may also return products within 1 month, if they are in excellent condition, unused, undamaged, and still has their original packaging.

4.2 Exchanges

  • Exchange is allowed only if the product is unused, and still has its original packaging.

  • Exchange must be requested within 2 weeks of delivery.

  • We also accept exchanges within 1 month, if the product cannot be installed due to a technical issue, and it is still undamaged, unused, and in perfect condition.

4.3 No returns or exchanges are accepted for:

  • Used, installed, damaged, or unboxed products without original packaging.

  • Custom orders or special orders

  • Ex-display products

5. Warranty

5.1 All appliances purchased from Kitchen Avenue include a 2-year warranty from the delivery date.

5.2 The warranty covers:

  • Spare parts

  • Labor

  • Manufacturing defects

5.3 The warranty does not apply if the product is:

  • Misused or used for non-intended purposes

  • Installed by non-authorized technicians

  • Damaged due to incorrect power supply or plumbing

  • Modified or repaired by an unauthorized party

  • Not maintained as instructed in the user manual

5.4 Kitchen Avenue is not liable for any indirect or consequential damages.

6. Installation

6.1 Kitchen Avenue provides free installation for eligible products (washing machines, dryers, dishwashers, ovens, refrigerators, hobs, hoods, stacking kits).

6.2 Installation includes:

  • Unpacking

  • Basic connection to existing water/electrical points

  • Leveling and testing

  • Removal of packaging

6.3 Installation does NOT include:

  • Plumbing, electrical, or carpentry modifications

  • Structural work

  • Relocating water or electricity points

6.4 The customer must ensure:

  • Clear access to installation area

  • Proper water and electricity points

  • Safe environment for installation

6.5 Installation performed by third parties voids the installation warranty.

7. Product Ownership & Risk

7.1 Kitchen Avenue remains the owner of the product until it is paid in full.

7.2 Risk transfers to the customer upon delivery.

8. Product Variations

8.1 Actual product colors, textures, and finishes may vary from showroom samples or website photos.

  1. Force Majeure

Kitchen Avenue is not liable for delays caused by events beyond our control, such as natural disasters, political events, strikes, or transportation issues.
